Samsung has been a key supplier of a variety of chips ranging from DRAM, HBM, and NAND to chips for processors and GPUs. However, the company lost contracts with some well-known customers, such as NVIDIA, due to overheating problems with HBM memory chips used in the production of AI GPUs.
Samsung has reportedly resolved the issues and has already resumed cooperation with NVIDIA, which will further boost Samsung's sales in 2025.
