WhatsApp to add appointment scheduling feature to private chats

WhatsApp will add an event scheduling feature to private chats. Previously, the feature was available only for group chats. It is reported by WABetaInfo.

This feature was revealed in the latest beta version of the WhatsApp app. It will help users schedule meetings and set reminders and coordinate directly in chats. Users can even set the meeting location in the chat or add links to audio and video calls.

By the way, Apple is currently preparing a similar feature. It will become a part of iCloud. It will allow users to schedule meetings and send invitations to various events.
