Samsung's triple folding smartphone will be called Galaxy G Fold — insider

At the Galaxy S25 presentation, Samsung confirmed that it is working on a triple folding smartphone. Now, insider yeux1122 has revealed the name of the new product on the Korean Naver forum.

According to the leak, the smartphone will be called Galaxy G Fold. The company is expected to officially unveil the gadget in 2025. It will be similar to the Flex G concept that the Korean manufacturer showed at CES in 2022.

Samsung Galaxy G Fold will compete with Huawei Mate XT, which has one screen that folds outward and another that folds inward.

The display size of Samsung's triple folding smartphone can be 9.9 or 10 inches when unfolded.

According to reports, the initial production volume of Samsung's new product will be 200,000 units. This suggests that the company may first test the market reaction to this product before launching it into mass production. By the way, the Korean manufacturer used a similar strategy during the presentation of the original Galaxy Fold in 2019.
