Google introduces a new faster AI model for Gemini

Google integrates the new Flash 2.0 model into the Gemini chatbot, which provides faster response to user requests and improved performance.

The company first showed Gemini 2.0 Flash in December 2024 and promised to quickly implement it in its products. At that time, it launched an experimental version of Gemini Flash 2.0 for Android and iOS users.

The update has already appeared in both the web and mobile versions of the chatbot. Also, 1.5 Flash and 1.5 Pro will be available "in the next few weeks".

Google has also updated its image generator to the latest version of Imagen 3. This model better understands user requests and provides "richer details and textures".
