Ukrainian company Boosteroid, one of the largest independent cloud gaming providers in the world, has announced a partnership with Atari. The two companies will work together to add retro games to the platform.
Through this partnership, Boosteroid users will have access to iconic Atari games on a variety of devices, including computers, TVs, smartphones, and even cars.
"The partnership aims to redefine how retro games are experienced, bridging the gap between nostalgia and innovation," reads the official announcement.
The companies have not yet announced which retro projects will be available, but players can probably expect games from the Roller Coaster Tycoon series, more than 90 classic games from the Atari 50: the Anniversary Celebration collection, and many others.
As a reminder, in 2024, Boosteroid expanded its cooperation with Microsoft, first announced in 2023. The service now supports all games purchased from the Microsoft Store, as well as those available through the Game Pass subscription.
