As the RSR Porsche Design name suggests, this device has a few changes compared to the Magic 7 Pro, including a more premium design and slight improvements to the 200-megapixel 3x periscope camera, which now features a larger f/1.9 aperture. Honor also added a 1200-point LiDAR sensor, which should improve video stabilization. The other two cameras are a 50MP main shooter with f/1.4-f/2.0 aperture and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle shooter.
The Magic 7 RSR features a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display with FHD+ resolution and adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz with peak local brightness of up to 5000 nits and NanoCrystal Shield protection. The device is based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, which is paired with up to 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The new device has a 5850 mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.
As for the software, it is MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15 with support for Google Gemini and new Honor AI capabilities.
Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Edition will be available in European countries on February 21 at a starting price of €1799 for the 16/512 GB variant.
