Apple plans to introduce a new service that will be included in the Apple One subscription. It will be a new standalone program that will help users monitor health, improve eating habits, and help them sleep better. This is reported by 9to5Mac, citing reports from insider Mark Gurman.

In his previous reports over the past few years, Mark Gurman said that it would be a coach that would use artificial intelligence to provide users with health advice. The new service will have a separate app and require a monthly subscription.

Gurman also notes that the idea behind the new service is to use artificial intelligence and data from the Apple Watch to make suggestions and create training programs tailored to the user. In particular, the service will generate advice on nutrition, sleep, and exercise.

Another possible feature of the new service will be the use of device cameras to track and adjust users' form during training. In this regard, it will be a more advanced version of Fitness+, providing a more holistic approach to training and exercise.

As a reminder, Apple One is a subscription that combines 2 TB of iCloud in the most expensive plan and also provides access to Apple Music, Apple TV+, Arcade, Fitness+, and News+ for one price. Although the subscription is updated frequently, no new services have been added to it.
