OpenAI has started testing a new reminder feature in ChatGPT called Tasks. This feature will allow you to ask a chatbot to remind you of a certain event in a conversational format.
Today we’re rolling out a beta version of tasks—a new way to ask ChatGPT to do things for you at a future time.

ChatGPT will be able to provide regular news updates, help with training, send daily jokes, create a meal plan for each evening, remind you of birthdays, and much more.
Reminders can be created both in chat and on the tasks page in the profile menu, but you need to select the 4o model with scheduled tasks.
Currently, the feature is available in beta for Plus, Pro, and Teams subscribers, but it will be available to all users later.
