Among other things, Acer brought three new flagship Acer Predator laptops to CES 2025. All of them have new chips from Intel and NVIDIA, and in line with the latest trends, they have added AI to the name.
The top Predators are still available in 16 and 18-inch formats - Acer Predator Helios 16 AI and Acer Predator Helios 18 AI, respectively. Depending on the diagonal, the manufacturer will offer OLED matrices or IPS with Mini-LED.
All flagships are equipped with processors up to Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX, and the video accelerator can be equipped with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090. At the same time, the largest model can be equipped with up to 192 GB of RAM and up to 6 TB of storage. A wired connection via Ethernet E5000 will also speed up the process, and there is support for Thunderbolt 5.
The cases have been minimally refreshed, with the addition of backlighting. But the general concept has not been changed. At the same time, the navigation and WSAD units in the keyboard mechanisms received MagKey 4.0 switches with a minimum response distance of 0.3 mm.
The manufacturer has also introduced a more portable version of Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI. The smaller body has the same flagship Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor, but the video is no more than NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. The memory options are also slightly smaller than those of the flagships, but the OLED display is also available.

The new models will go on sale in Ukraine in May-July 2025. The starting price of Acer Predator Helios 18 AI will be UAH 168,999, Acer Predator Helios 16 AI — UAH 127 999, and Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI — UAH 109 999.
