The ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable features a flexible OLED display that allows the 14-inch laptop to expand up to 16.7 inches. The panel unfolds vertically, which creates a high resolution image.
Lenovo does not disclose the exact aspect ratio when expanded, but it is likely to exceed 1:1. According to the company, the sliding screen provides up to 50% more workspace. What's particularly impressive is that the display unfolds thanks to a compact motorised mechanism that can be activated by pressing a special button or a gesture recognised by a webcam.
The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable OLED display has a brightness of up to 400 nits and 100% DCI-P3 colour space coverage. Unfortunately, the company did not specify the refresh rate of the panel, so we can assume that it is the standard 60 Hz.
The laptop is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 200-series processor, with the maximum configuration likely to be Core Ultra 7 265U. The processor is complemented by up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x-8533 RAM and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen4 storage.
The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable is expected to go on sale in the first quarter of 2025 with a starting price of $3499.
