Samsung is currently testing the One UI 7.0 skin on its Galaxy S24 flagships. As it turns out, in addition to new features, the system will also receive numerous improvements, including a faster fingerprint scanner. This was revealed by an insider @UniverseIce.
The insider demonstrated the fingerprint scanner in action on the Galaxy S24 Ultra running a test version of One UI 7.0. The sensor will perform even better. Additionally, the unlock sound will become clearer.

They even work with wet hands. This technology has long been one of the key advantages of Samsung’s flagships. However, software issues in One UI have occasionally made the unlocking process slower than expected. With the release of One UI 7, this seems to be changing.
