This information comes from the code of the latest version of the Google app for Android. According to it, Galaxy S25 buyers will receive three months of free access to Gemini Advanced, Galaxy S25+ owners will get six months, and those opting for the Galaxy S25 Ultra will enjoy an entire year of complimentary access to the chatbot.
Of course, this is not official yet—it’s just a few lines of code within the app. However, if such an offer were indeed planned, the code would likely appear in the Google app ahead of the S25 series launch. Thus, the timeline seems entirely plausible.
