To use the new feature, the device must be running Android 15, and Gemini should be set as the default assistant instead of Google Assistant. Google is gradually rolling out this new feature, so it is expected to be available to all users in the coming weeks. Interestingly, this addition follows the recent introduction of a dedicated PDF viewer in the Google Files app.
