Reportedly, the Galaxy S25 will be available in 128 GB and 256 GB versions, while the Galaxy S25+ will be available in 256/512 GB. Galaxy S25 Ultra, like its predecessor, will have three versions: 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. Their detailed prices are listed below:
