Apple recently launched iOS 18.2 testing and said that the system will be released in December 2024. Now, journalist Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has revealed the exact release date of the system.
According to the report, Apple will announce a stable version of the software in early December (most likely on Monday, December 2), although it originally planned to release the system sometime in the middle of the month.
With the iOS 18.2 update, Apple will continue to expand the capabilities of Apple Intelligence. For example, the system will receive Image Playground, an application for creating stylized images. In addition, the manufacturer will also install Genmoji, a set for creating custom emojis, integrate ChatGPT into Siri, add Visual Intelligence, which will be able to identify objects and places around you using the iPhone 16 camera, and much more.
After the release of iOS 18.2, Apple developers will start testing iOS 18.3. This update is expected in January or February 2025. In April, iOS 18.4 is likely to be released.
