According to GalaxyClub, Samsung is preparing not one, but two versions of its foldable smartphone Galaxy Fold 7.
A source close to the publication shared three code names for Samsung's 2025 folding smartphones - B7, or Galaxy Flip 7, Q7, or Galaxy Fold 7, and an unknown model Q7M.
Given that the latest model begins with "Q7", it is definitely a Galaxy Fold device, but what the "M" stands for is still unknown. The recently released Galaxy Fold Special Edition in South Korea is codenamed Q6A. So if the Q7M is a Special Edition phone, then it should be a Q7A.
Perhaps the Q7M model is a simplified version of the Galaxy Fold, which has been mentioned by insiders more than once. Some speculate that Samsung is working on expanding its Fold and Flip lineup with more budget-friendly options, but unfortunately, there is no information about the devices yet.
