Apple has introduced a new version of the 24-inch iMac. The device has an M4 processor (10 CPU cores and 10 CPU cores).
The new iMac comes with a minimum of 16GB of RAM, up from 8GB for the previous base model. There's also a version with 32GB of RAM and up to 1TB of SSD.
Thanks to the new processor, the iMac is 1.7 times faster than the version with the M1 chip. Apple also notes that the new product processes photos and videos faster. The computer supports Apple Intelligence.
The device has a new glass with nanotexture and an updated built-in Center Stage webcam with a resolution of 12 MP and Desk View function.
The new iMac is available for pre-order today and will go on sale on November 8, 2024. In the United States, the price starts at $1299. The colors available are green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, and silver.
