Following the Galaxy A16 5G, Samsung has also released a 4G version of the smartphone. The Galaxy A16 4G has an almost identical design to the 5G version and almost the same specifications.
Galaxy A16 4G has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, the same chipset as the Galaxy A15 4G. So far, there is only one configuration of the device, which has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage.
The new smartphone comes with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro module. The smartphone also has a 13-megapixel front camera. The Galaxy A16 4G has dual-SIM support, NFC and a fingerprint scanner on the side. The device comes with IP54 protection, a 5000 mAh battery, and 25W charging support.
Like the Galaxy A16 5G, Samsung promises to support the Galaxy A16 4G for 6 years.
Galaxy A16 4G will be available in gray, green, and navy blue colors with a matte finish. There is currently no information on how much the gadget will cost, but it should be cheaper than the Galaxy A16 5G, which costs 249 euros. Sales of the novelty will start in November 2024.
