At the annual global event Tech World in Bellevue, Washington, Lenovo presented new technologies and comprehensive AI solutions, services, and devices for business transformation. In particular, the company announced the Hybrid AI Advantage for enterprises, ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 10 Aura Edition, local AI assistant, and more.
One of the most interesting new products is the ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 10 Aura Edition AI laptop, which integrates AI functions for hybrid work. It has a 14-inch OLED screen with a 2.8K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits of peak brightness.
Lenovo's new laptop, which is also a Copilot+ computer by compatibility, uses the new Intel Core Ultra 200V processors. It also features up to 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM, Intel Arc graphics, and a PCIe Gen5 SSD of up to 2TB. Given that this is an AI laptop, it also has an integrated neural processor with up to 48 TOPS.
Another Lenovo announcement is the new Neptune liquid cooling system. The new generation, according to the company, will provide up to 100% heat dissipation, in particular for servers that allow the use of the new NVIDIA Blackwell and GB200 platform in enterprises of any size. The sixth generation of Neptune is already installed in the company's partner ecosystem.
In addition, Lenovo also introduced the next generation of personal artificial intelligence. By implementing AI in its tools, the company aims to transform the way people work and interact. Among the solutions presented are AI Now, a local AI assistant, and Learning Zone, a personalized educational software platform.
Among other things, Lenovo demonstrated the AI Buddy concept. This digital assistant handles scheduling, reminders, and daily tasks, turning the device into a productivity tool that can be easily integrated into users' daily routines.
Lenovo has also launched several AI solutions for people. The first of them is Alzheimer's Intelligence, a companion for people living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The tool uses data on real-life patient experiences to support people facing a difficult diagnosis.
In addition, Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang presented a new AI solution for people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) that combines AI avatars, eye tracking technology, and large language models that can predict user behavior.
And finally, Lenovo and InCor, the largest cardiac hospital in Latin America, announced the creation of a clinical arrhythmia detection platform that integrates artificial intelligence into a small IoT device that can be carried around for real-time monitoring.
