Xiaomi has announced a new series of giant smart TVs at an event in Europe.
We are talking about Xiaomi TV Max (2025) with 85- and 100-inch screens. Both versions have a minimalist design, a high screen-to-body ratio, and metal frames. They are equipped with 4K UHD (3840×2160p) Quantum Dot QLED displays with 94% color accuracy according to the DCI-P3 standard. With a 144Hz refresh rate and ultra-low latency of 4ms, they are ideal for movies and games.
The TVs feature Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, Filmmaker Mode, VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium technologies for smooth playback of games and movies in high quality. They support HDR10+, HLG and MEMC at 4K 120Hz, with Game Boost up to 240Hz and are equipped with two 15-watt speakers.
The new products are powered by a chip with four Cortex A73 cores, a Mali-G52 GPU, 32 GB of storage, and 3 GB of RAM. The TVs have a Google TV interface, built-in Chromecast, Google Assistant, and Apple AirPlay.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, 3 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 USB ports, Ethernet, an optical digital port, and a 3.5mm jack.
Xiaomi TV Max 85 (2025) and Xiaomi TV Max 100 (2025) will go on sale in the coming days. The 85-inch model will cost €1299, and the 100-inch model will cost €1999.
By the way, in addition to TVs, Xiaomi also showed a new series of smartphones.
