HyperX has introduced a new Cloud Mix 2 gaming headset, Notebookcheck reports.
One of the main innovations of the headphones is the extended battery life. The company claims that Cloud Mix 2 can work for up to 110 hours.
Another big update is hybrid active noise cancellation. HyperX claims that this will help block out external noise and provide a more immersive gaming experience. Like some other non-gaming wireless headphones, Cloud Mix 2 has an Ambient mode that allows you to stay aware of what's going on in the environment around you if you need to.
The model comes with a built-in microphone that is equipped with AI noise cancellation technology and Bluetooth 5.3 LE. A 2.4 GHz connection is also supported. This wireless mode further reduces latency to 20 ms.
Cloud Mix 2 is powered by 40mm drivers. Sound profiles can be customized using the NGENUITY software.
Unfortunately, HyperX has not yet disclosed the price and launch date of Cloud Mix 2.
