In addition to Edge 50 and Edge 50 Neo, Motorola also announced new smartphones of the Moto G line. The models were named Moto G35 and Moto G55.
The older model is equipped with a 6.5-inch IPS display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Moto G35 has the same resolution and refresh rate, but a larger diagonal of 6.72 inches. Both smartphones have the same 16-megapixel front-facing camera placed in the notch.
Motorola smartphones are equipped with main 50 MP cameras, but only Moto G55 has optical stabilization. An additional module on both phones is an ultra-wide-angle 8 MP.
The Moto G55 has a Dimensity 7025 chip with 4/8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage, while the Moto G35 has a Unisoc T760 processor with 4 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage. Both devices support microSD memory cards up to 1 TB.
The smartphones also received 5000 mAh batteries with a charging power of 33 W for Moto G55 and 18 W for Moto G35. The models run on Android 14 with Hello UI. Both devices are equipped with side fingerprint scanners, 3.5 mm headphone jacks, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
Motorola will start selling the Moto G35 and Moto G55 in Europe soon. The younger model will cost from €199, and the older one from €249.
