Summer is in full swing, and this season, as usual, is not known for high-profile game releases. We were hoping to see the second part of the legendary frosty strategy game Frostpunk in the midst of the summer heat, but it was postponed to September. However, this July, there are several new projects that are worthy of attention.
Among them, for example, are ZOMBIE RAID: No One Survives, a Ukrainian project about survival in a world full of zombies, the sequel to the legendary MOBA action game SMITE, a new part of the Formula 1 manager, an interesting adventurous detective story Nobody Wants to Die, and a melancholic gardening simulator Garden Path.

A third-person multiplayer shooter in which we have to survive in an open world. And this world is a post-apocalyptic ruin, a consequence of human curiosity. The Earth has been infected with a mysterious alien substance, nicknamed "stardust". We play as a metahuman who managed to survive and gain superpowers thanks to stardust (Shatterline, is it you? - ed. note).
Together with your friends or alone, you have to survive here: gather resources, build shelters, fight crowds of monsters and huge bosses, and craft weapons. You also have to find a balance between hunger and diseases caused by contaminated food and water, while trying to solve the mystery of stardust.

An alchemist's adventure simulator with puzzle elements and a third-person view in a science fiction world. The player takes on the role of the last alchemist who needs to create a laboratory from scratch, obtain resources for research, get to know the locals, and most importantly, solve alchemical puzzles. They will gradually become more complex, and the laboratory equipment will become better. The player will also have a farm where they can grow all kinds of herbs for potions.

In July, we will start the Early Access to the Ukrainian zombie post-apocalypse project. This is a PvP and PvE shooter with an isometric camera. Players choose one of four characters and plunge into survival in a world where there are many zombies, everything is infected, but there are also survivors. The authors promise realistic ballistics, realistic penetration of bullets through obstacles, a flexible skill system, a variety of weapons with the possibility of improvement, and different game modes. Of course, the game has Ukrainian localization.
Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus

The creators of the colorful platformer-metroidvania Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus took inspiration from Japanese folklore, so the game features yokai and demons from ancient legends.
In this vivid, hand-drawn universe, we play as the fox-like good spirit Bō, who came to earth from the heavenly realm to fulfill an ancient prophecy and defeat demons. To do this, our fox has mystical abilities and a legendary staff that can change shape and gain new properties. There will be a large number of characters, both enemy and friendly, as well as huge bosses. The game has Ukrainian localization.

Кіан в облозі, місто Світанку близьке до повної руйнації.
Ми граємо за супервоїтельку армії Альянсу Нор Ванек, і її задача дати відсіч богам та холодним воїнам, ну і Ворота закрити не завадило б. Героїні буде допомагати Енкі, магічна істота, схожа на фенька. Аби досягти цілей, героям доведеться досліджувати відкритий світ, наймати союзників, виконувати квести, розвивати зброю і, звісно, багато битися. У бою можна використовувати магію, гранати, зброю ближнього та дальнього бою, а також здібності вашого лисоподібного друга.
Dungeons of Hinterberg

Стиль Dungeons of Hinterberg хоча і самобутній, проте трохи схожий на серію Zelda. Хоча б тим, що гравцеві тут доведеться досліджувати численні підземелля та вирішувати там головоломки. Але в цій грі від третьої особи ми знаходимось не у невідомому фентезійному світі, а в австрійських Альпах. Проте за кожним кутом мальовничого села Гінтерберг ховаються монстри, тож нам доведеться опановувати магію, використовувати не лише туристичний гід, але й меч, спускатися з льодовика на сноуборді, проїхатися лісом на зиплайні, а також насолоджуватися кавою на березі озера.

Нова частина симулятора менеджера команди Formula 1 також побачить світ цього липня. У новому сезоні на гравців чекає 24 етапи перегонів 2024 року. Отже, ваша задача – створити команду мрії, щоб перевершити всіх інших учасників сезону. Гравець тепер може контролювати практично все – параметри боліда, логотипи, костюми, персонал та спонсорів. Розробники впровадили у гру систему ментальності – механіки можуть бути або натхненні, або розчаровані результатами, що залежать від дій гравця. Також у новій версії обіцяють новий формат спринту, покращені візуальні ефекти та стратегічний дрон з камерою.
SMITE 2

More than 10 years have passed since the official release on Windows for the legendary, but certainly successful MOBA action game SMITE, which has gathered more than 40 million players. Finally, fans of the game have waited for the sequel.
The player chooses one of the characters (a deity or a mythical creature) and goes to the "rink". All characters have attack features (melee or ranged) and damage types (magical or physical). There are different types of games, but the most typical is a 5-on-5 battle, and SMITE 2 will be similar. In the second part, players will find improved graphics (Unreal 5 Engine), an updated player selection system, and 5 new playable characters at the start.
Unfortunately, what the player has accumulated over the years in the first SMITE will not be transferred to the second part. However, if you have played the first part, you can get the Legacy of the Gods in the sequel (the store currency you have spent during the existence of your account).

The outside world has not been very kind to us in recent years. Games like this one, are designed specifically to distract us from real problems and relax a bit. In Garden Path we have a melancholic simulator of gardening life. Progress in the game is real-time. That is, even when you are not in the game, time goes on, plants grow, it rains.
According to the developers, The Garden Path is designed for short game sessions of 10-30 minutes a day. Here you can engage not only in gardening but also in fishing, home design, and various quests. There are also interesting characters to interact with and pleasant, calm music. If the developers succeed, we will have a nice and cozy gaming shelter.
