OnePlus has officially shown the new OnePlus Watch 3 smartwatch, which will be launched on February 18. One of the key advantages of the new generation is longer battery life, which, according to the company, can last for 5 days. This was reported by 9to5Google.
The new smartwatch will support a dual operating system thanks to its dual-chip architecture. As in the previous generation, OnePlus Watch 3 is equipped with Snapdragon W5, complemented by the new BES2800 MCU Efficiency chip. This will allow the use of Dual-Engine Architecture technology, which will provide a wide range of smart features and increase battery life.
The battery itself will also be increased in the third generation - from 500 mAh in Watch 2 to 631 mAh in Watch 3. Thanks to this, OnePlus promises up to 16 days of operation in power saving mode, and up to 120 hours or 5 days in smart mode. With just 10 minutes of recharging, the watch can work for another day.
At the same time, OnePlus Watch 3 will have a slightly updated look. The smartwatch will have a titanium alloy frame and a sapphire crystal display. There will be two colors to choose from - Emerald Titanium and Obisdian Titanium, and most of the case will continue to be made of stainless steel.
More information about the new OnePlus Watch 3 will be revealed on February 18 at an official event. On the same day, the watch will be available for pre-order in the US, Canada, and Europe.
