The colors of the upcoming Google Pixel 9a smartphone have been revealed. They are: Peony, Iris, Obsidian, and Porcelain. The smartphone should be presented on March 19, Adroid Headlines reports.
This year, the Pixel 9a will be slightly larger: 154 x 73 x 8.9 mm. The smartphone receives a significant increase in battery capacity to 5100 mAh - the largest battery in the Pixel series, and even larger than the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The new device will support 23W wired charging and 7.5W wireless charging.
It is also known that the smartphone will cost $499 in the basic 128 GB version. The 256 GB model will cost $599. The Pixel 9a should be a direct competitor to the iPhone SE 4, which is also expected to be presented in the near future.
The new device will have new cameras. The company will abandon the 64-megapixel main sensor in favor of a new 48-megapixel one. This sensor will have an aperture of f/1.7 and a matrix size of 1/2″. The ultra-wide-angle camera will not change. It will still be a 13-megapixel sensor.
