Previously, Threads only offered a basic keyword search for popular topics, posts, or accounts, with Top and Recent sorting options. In the updated version, a settings icon has been added to the search bar, which opens the After Date, Before Date, and From Profile options.
This addition brings Threads closer to the competitive X and Bluesky platforms.
