GSC Game World has announced that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will receive a major patch on both PC and Xbox over the next week.
The patch will fix some critical crashes; bugs that interfere with the main quest; cutscenes and some visual effects; minor softlocks; and changes to the gameplay, balance, and user interface.
In addition, the developers assured that future updates will fix the problem of dead zones of gamepad sticks, as well as errors in the A-Life system.
As a reminder, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl sold 1 million copies in two days and showed the best launch on Steam among all Ukrainian games (the record was updated on November 23, 2024 to 119,039 players at the same time).
