Unknown Worlds Entertainment presented the sequel to its underwater survival simulator Subnautica 2 at the Xbox Showcase. The game will feature a cooperative mode for four players.
In the story, players will be in the role of explorers of a new planet. During the research, it turns out that the planet is too dangerous for humans, but the artificial intelligence that manages the expedition insists on continuing.
Players still have to use resources from the environment to create more powerful tools. However, now they need to improve not only the tools but also their own bodies. Their survival will depend on it.

The game will be released in 2025 in early access and will immediately have a cooperative mode and several biomes to explore.
