HP knows what its users need, so it is integrating artificial intelligence into its printers. The new HP Print AI feature automatically detects unwanted content, such as ads or incorrect formatting, allowing you to print only the "right text and images." This was reported by The Verge.
Artificial intelligence is available in an "exclusive" beta version along with the new Perfect Output feature, which is supposed to clean up web page printouts.
The company says the AI integration optimizes spreadsheet printing by keeping charts and tables on the same page. In addition, a field for entering prompts will appear during printing.
Users will be able to use text queries to turn photos into greeting cards by adding design elements and changing fonts. According to HP, AI will also be able to automatically zoom in on images and remove unwanted objects.
HP notes that it plans to launch new Print AI features during 2025. It has not yet been announced for which printers it will be available, or whether it will be necessary to install software separately from HP Smart to get this feature.
