According to a MacRumors report, all four iPhone 16 models boast the same amount of RAM.
We are talking about 8 GB of RAM. That is, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max have retained the same amount as their predecessors, but the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus have 2 GB more than the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.
This probably explains why the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus won't get the Apple Intelligence feature set, while the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will when they go on sale.
As a reminder, all iPhone 16 models will be available for pre-order on Friday, September 13, 2024, and sales will begin a week later on September 20.
