On Thursday, August 22, 2024, the Epic Games Store launched a weekly game giveaway. Until 18:00 on August 29, everyone can get the space horror with survival elements Callisto Protocol and MOBA Gigantic: Rampage Edition.
Callisto Protocol is set in the future. The player takes on the role of Jacob Lee, thrown into a maximum security prison on Jupiter's moon Callisto. When prisoners begin to transform into monstrous creatures, chaos breaks out in the prison.
To survive, Jacob must make his way to safety and escape from the prison, uncovering the dark and disturbing secrets hidden beneath Callisto's surface.
Gigantic is a 5-on-5 team-based strategy shooter that was shut down in 2018 but brought back in the spring of 2024. The Rapmage Edition contains a new game mode, cross-platform play, new heroes, new maps, and gameplay improvements that give fans a bigger and more complete experience.
Next week, when these games are finished, EGS will offer the Fallout Classic Collection, which includes the first two installments and Fallout Tactics, as well as Wild Card Football.
