Google has begun distributing a new feature of the Google Wallet electronic wallet to users in the United States, which allows you to store almost anything in it. This is reported by 9to5Google.

As previously reported, Wallet will now support a large number of different documents, including tickets, bonus cards, business cards, car registrations, passes, and even passports.

The feature is called "Everything else" and will replace the previous option that allowed you to take photos of various documents to save them. Instead of photos, there will now be scans that create a digital version of the document.

Google Wallet will use artificial intelligence to determine what exactly the user wants to scan, whether it's a bonus card from a store, a gym pass, or a passport. If the document contains sensitive user information, it will not be synchronized between devices and will require authentication.

For now, the new feature is limited to users in the United States only, and Google has not announced when it will be available in other countries.
