The Google app, which already allows you to search images using Google Lens and even sing songs, will become even more useful and allow you to search directly on your smartphone. This is reported by Android Authority.
In the beta version 15.30.27.29, we found evidence that the company is working on a new feature for the app that will allow users to search for contacts, apps, and settings on their device.
The search results will be pulled not only from the web, as it is now, but also from everything on the user's device. If, for example, you search for Instagram, the system can also find the Instagram app on your smartphone in addition to the search results.
This feature will be built into the Google app and will not be limited to the Pixe line of smartphones. You can also turn off the display of apps, contacts, and settings in the search results.
The update is still in the testing phase and it is not yet known when it will be available to all users.
