Popular YouTube vlogger JerryRigEverything, who tests various devices for durability, did not miss the new Galaxy Flip6 folding smartphone.
After conducting all the usual tests, the blogger was convinced that Samsung's new folding smartphone can handle any daily challenges. The screen withstood most of the tests that the blogger conducted: it did not show any signs of arson and had obvious scratches only after heavy friction with a knife.
Among other things, as in the case of the recently introduced iPad Pro, JerryRigEverything tried to hack the Galaxy Flip6, but failed. He also noted that the notch in the fold has become much less noticeable compared to the previous generation of the smartphone.
The blogger also tried to damage the smartphone's cameras with a knife, but they also proved to be strong and continued to work despite everything.
Obvious problems began only when the blogger started removing layers of screen and protective film, but this is hardly something that ordinary buyers will do with a new smartphone. It is also unlikely that they will deliberately run a sharp knife around the edges of the smartphone. In general, the new folding smartphone from Samsung turned out to be quite durable.
