Samsung is temporarily suspending sales of its new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro headphones due to complaints about their quality. The first owners of the new headphones are reporting that the ear cushions are very fragile and too easy to damage when trying to remove them, The Verge reports.
The headphones were supposed to go on sale on July 24. The new launch date is now set for August 28, 2024. For customers who already own the headphones, Samsung asks them to contact technical support to visit the nearest Samsung service center.
Amazon withdrew the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro from sale even before this official confirmation from Samsung, which issued a statement for the domestic Korean market apologizing for the product's quality control issues and informing people of the opportunity to cancel their orders.
