Czech-Ukrainian startup Choice has announced cooperation with Monobank's Expirenza service. From now on, services on the Choice platform can accept payments through this banking application. In addition, both Choice and Expirenza menus are now available in Monobank's B2C app.
According to the startup, the key players in the restaurant software market have decided to join forces as the restaurant market is suffering from problems in the industry.
"We have integrated Monobank acquiring as a payment system into the Choice delivery platform service. That is, now a restaurant can have a single acquirer for both QR code payments and orders for its own delivery. This is convenient for restaurateurs because they don't need to open accounts in several banks," said Choice co-founder Volodymyr Olyanitsky.
Previously, institutions that used Choice had to choose between PrivatBank acquiring or Fondy. However, since the end of April, the latter service has been blocked due to the National Bank's decision. Now Monobank will take the place of Fondy.
Choice noted that more than 500 establishments of well-known Kyiv-based chains are currently using Choice and Monobank's Expirenza solutions simultaneously.
Choice has more than 16,000 customers in Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Estonia. Currently, it is a full-fledged platform for creating your own apps, websites, online menus with a CRM system, QR payments, the ability to develop your own delivery and integrate additional tools.
Choice's main product on the Ukrainian market is its own delivery website, which integrates Glovo on Demand and Uklon courier services, which effectively provides restaurateurs with a solution for organizing their own delivery at a subscription price of 1000 UAH/month.
Monobank's main product, Expirenza, is a payment at the table that helps increase waiters' tips, improves table service and guest experience, and allows you to analyze data based on feedback.
