As reported earlier, NVIDIA is working on a new version of the RTX 4080 TI, or Super, which the company plans to release in early 2024. Now Benchlife has reported that the video card can get 20 gigabytes of memory.
20 GB of video memory will require a wider 320-bit bandwidth, which confirms previous speculation that the 4080 TI/Super will be based on the AD102 processor.
Now there are also rumors that NVIDIA is planning to release two more versions of RTX 4070. One with the same specifications but with GDDR6 memory type, and another with the Super prefix, based on the AD103 GPU, with 256-bit bandwidth and 16 gigabytes of video memory.
Currently, it is still at the rumor stage, as there have been no official confirmations or announcements from the companies.
