In the official Twitter account of the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl a message from the GSC Game World team was posted. It is about a hack by Russian hackers who managed to gain access to certain materials that were used for testing.
The team appeals to fans to refrain from viewing and distributing materials that will end up on the Internet, so as not to spoil their experience of the game in the future.
GSC Game World also adds that the team will remain committed to their work and will continue to work on the project.
