A month ago Google started testing Nearby Share app for Windows. It is similar to Apple Airdrop, which allows Android smartphone users to share files with Windows computers. Back then, the beta was geographically restricted and might not be available in every country.
Nearby Share Beta for Windows PCs is available in the US and most countries globally. Support is currently not available for the following: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
There is no information regarding the terms of exiting the beta yet. Also, the point of technical requirements remains unchanged, where support for ARM processors for PCs is still lacking.
