It's been a while since we've had a new Transformers after Bumblebee (2018). And finally, they are coming back. Paramount Pictures presented the official trailer for the seventh film in the series and the second without the participation of Michael Bay - Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts takes place in 1994, and the Autobots will be joined by characters from Transformers: Beast Wars - Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons.
Optimus Prime, as usual for the last 40 years, is voiced by Peter Cullen. The actor is already 81 years old, but no film, series, or game about Transformers is complete without his participation. His animal counterpart Optimus Primal, who can transform into a giant gorilla, was voiced by Ron Perlman.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will hit the big screens already on June 9, 2023. And the next film in the series is already planned for July 2024 - Transformers One, which is still in production.
