As expected, Harry Potter will officially return to the new series. Warner Bros. Discovery has rebranded its HBO Max streaming service, leaving only the name Max. During the presentation, it was reported that the renewed streaming has already ordered the production of the series, which will be an exact adaptation of the series of books Harry Potter by the author and executive producer JK Rowling.
At the same time, stories from each of Joan Rowling's Harry Potter books will become a ten-year series. That is, the audience will be in for a much more detailed adaptation of Joan Rowling's voluminous books, many of which have more than 500 pages.
In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery announced that the Harry Potter series will have a new cast that, according to the company's release, "a new cast to lead a new generation of fandom, full of the fantastic detail, much loved characters and dramatic locations that Harry Potter fans have loved for over twenty-five years". The company notes that "each season will be authentic to the original books", that is, there should be a total of 7 seasons of the series based on the number of books in the series.

Streaming Max will begin production of the Harry Potter series in collaboration with Brontë Film and TV and Warner Bros. Television. JK Rowling, Neil Blair and Ruth Kenley-Letts are executive producers. However, it is not yet known when viewers can expect the first season of the series.
