Popular streaming service TuneIn has added a new Explorer feature to find radio stations around the world. Of which, by the way, more than 100,000 items are available on the platform. In this way, the company decided to celebrate World Radio Day, which is celebrated on February 13.
TuneIn Explorer is like Google Earth for radio stations. After all, you can view the world map and select radio stations depending on their location. Filters are available for easy searching: you can choose a specific music genre, talk shows, sports or religious programs, sort stations by language, and also find emergency broadcast stations.
The new functionality is available on TuneIn's mobile and web versions. However, it is not yet known when it will appear in the proprietary application.
