The First Engine Integration Run Test was successfully completed on Bayraktar #KIZILELMA. pic.twitter.com/b1NAzA5hMQIt is not clear from the report whether the Ukrainian AI-322F or AI-25TLT jet engine from Ivchenko-Progres or the Turkish TEI TF-6000 was used for the integration. Bayraktar Kızılelma is built for all three engines. Baykar ordered Ivchenko-Progress AI-322F and AI-25TLT engines back in November 2021, but it is not clear whether the manufacturer managed to deliver them to Turkey before the start of a full-scale war.
The Bayraktar Kızılelma UAV will be produced in two configurations. The subsonic MIUS-A with the AI-25TLT Ivchenko-Progress engine, and the supersonic MIUS-B with the Ivchenko-Progress AI-322F or TF-6000 from the Turkish company TEI (Tusaş Engine Industries).
