As previously reported, Apple will hold a presentation of new iPhone models in a little less than two weeks - on September 7. The press received letters of invitation yesterday evening, and at night the company sent similar messages to users.
The presentation itself will be held offline in the Steve Jobs Theater on the company's campus, but this does not cancel the traditional online broadcast.
Let us briefly remind you that according to insider data (which does not necessarily mean that there will be no surprises), we are expecting significant changes in the smartphone lines from Apple. iPhone 14 mini is not worth waiting for, the company is abandoning the model. But the iPhone 14 should be released with two display sizes (and, accordingly, cases and batteries) — 6.1 and 6.7 inches. Also, the iPhone 14 will not receive new processors, but most likely will appear with last year's A15 Bionic, although its performance will still be improved.
One of the most anticipated changes in the new iPhones should be cutouts in the displays for the Face ID sensors. Now it is, as everyone says, "eyebrows". It appeared in the iPhone X and only changed its size once, becoming smaller last year. This time, Apple will go the more popular route, leaving a couple of small holes for the sensors.
But the difference between the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro should become much greater. Pro models should not only get newer processors but also significantly change the cameras. The main sensor will increase the resolution four times, for which the protrusion on the "back" of the smartphone can even be increased. Also, the iPhone 14 Pro should finally master the Always-on display function coupled with the new widgets in iOS 16, this should be a very nice update.

And along with the iPhone, the company will show the new Apple Watch line — Series 8. The big change in watches this year will be the model Apple Watch Pro, which will be aimed at people who play sports and have an increased risk of damaging the watch during training.
Here you can expect larger displays and stronger cases, the ability to control body temperature, as well as larger batteries. Details about the new watches also more than once made the news.
It is difficult to say what else the company will show at the beginning of fall. Perhaps this time the iPad will be delayed, like the release of iPadOS 16, which this year will have to wait longer for iOS 16. So updated iPads may appear later, along with MacBook Pros that will get M2 chips. But these are all guesses that will probably change several more times along with new insider data, which will probably be available in two weeks.
