Now Zuckerberg wants to convince users that the graphics in the metaverse will be much better. On August 19, he posted a much more realistic version of his own digital avatar and an ancient platform surrounded by columns.
"Major updates to Horizon and avatar graphics coming soon. I'll share more at Connect. Also, I know the photo I posted earlier this week was pretty basic -- it was taken very quickly to celebrate a launch. The graphics in Horizon are capable of much more -- even on headsets - and Horizon is improving very quickly," wrote Meta CEO.
Meta is not the only one working on the active development of the metauniverse. NVIDIA offers filling virtual space with chatbot avatars, and Microsoft and Epic Games together with Zuckerberg's company are developing standards for the metaverse.
